DARA BYRNE
About Me.
Hi. Nice to meet you! I am Dara and I am delighted that you have found my page, you are so welcome here and I am very much looking forward to connecting with you.

I absolutely love what I do and my heart feels full that I have had the opportunity to connect and journey with so many incredible women (within Ireland and indeed from all around the world) over the years, both 1:1 and in groups, and both online and in-person. It is also amazing to continue to learn and grow personally as I do. This incredible gift has really afforded me the opportunity to fully embrace going the flow when it comes to the direction of the support that I offer. I have also been very fortunate to continue to connect and collaborate with some incredible women both personally and professionally. When women connect to support others, and each other, incredible things can happen.
My educational journey began almost 25 years ago now in studying Psychology and going on towards community and listening support. I was always curious about understanding human behaviour and how we process and navigate life and relationships.

The change in direction of how I support others, and who I support, stemmed from my own personal reproductive journey. A 7 year fertility journey, high anxiety in pregnancy and complete overwhelm in adjusting to motherhood. I found it incredibly difficult to ask for support and I also really struggled to find the type of support where I felt like someone truly ‘got it’. The types of support where I felt fully heard and seen and that supported me in understanding what was going on for me.

This led me to return to further my education and training and indeed to continue my own personal healing journey.

Out of this experience and education, Fertility Wellbeing Ireland was born. I have learnt so much about myself and about the support that really makes a difference for women over the past 3 years (with Fertility Wellbeing Ireland) and indeed the last 10-15 years in connecting with and supporting women. I embody a very person centred approach and incorporate feedback from clients and group work as a feed forward to grow professionally too.

I am excited to be in a position to journey forward from Fertility wellbeing Ireland and make the intuitive leap to Women’s Wellbeing Ireland. It feels so right, it feels inclusive and it is exciting to explore where it can go with regards to how I support others going forward.

To learn more you can follow me on Instagram @womenswellbeingireland or indeed take a look around my website (currently under construction). My door is very much open too if you would like to get in touch to see if working with me feels right for you, or for possible collaborations. Pop a message below or email darabyrnefwi@gmail.com.

I am very excited for the next chapter of this journey, to continue learning and to many more wonderful connections, collaborations, and to continue to work towards making a difference.

Love and light. Dara xxx
