This October we have the gorgeous Rest & Restore Women's Wellbeing Workshop which will take place in Ballon, Co. Carlow.

 

The first date filled up within hours so we have added a second date. Both are now fully booked. 

Saturday 12th October - 10am - 12.30pm

Saturday 19th October - 10am - 12.30pm

In November there will be an evening

Women's Wellbeing Workshop. Also in Ballon, Co. Carlow.

Wednesday 13th November at 7.30pm - 9pm.

We have just finished up the September Self Care Challenge.

"The chance to participate in Dara's Wellbeing Course could not have come at a better time for me, being a stay at home parent to two busy 7 and 9 year old boys!
