In January and February we had a gorgeous (booked out) Women's Wellbeing Workshops which took place in Ballon, Co. Carlow.

 

Our next one, takes place on Sunday the 23rd of March from 

10.30am - 12.30pm. Ballon, Co. Carlow.

I am really looking forward to meeting with everyone and enjoying a beautiful morning of calm, clarity, relaxation and receiving.

These workshops are open to all women. Come alone, with your mum, a friend, sister, cousin, colleague. Making time for you matters. So go on, book your space now! You will be delighted that you did.

"The chance to participate in Dara's Wellbeing Course could not have come at a better time for me, being a stay at home parent to two busy 7 and 9 year old boys!
